Bungalows with sea view amidst lush greenery

WITH luscious greenery as its backdrop and a view of the sea at the front, Baymont Residence in Penang, is a place for those who want to live close to nature.
Nestled within 6.87ha of lovely green pastures in Teluk Kumbar, Bayan Lepas, the development project features 79 units of exclusive three-storey bungalows and a clubhouse.
The development, which is a project under WHH Land, is divided into two phases, Phase 1 and Phase 2.
Phase 1 features the construction of 50 units of the bungalows, which will be completed in the middle of 2016, while the date for Phase 2 to commence has yet to be confirmed.
There are 10 different types of bungalow units to choose from, with built-up areas ranging from 4,377sq ft to 4,973sq ft.
Priced at RM3.1mil, Baymont Residence also comes with Green Building Initiatives such as a rainwater harvesting system, where rainwater is collected in a rooftop tank and can be used to water the garden or to wash cars.
The project also uses solar-powered LED lighting for the garden, compound, clubhouse and common area open space.
The development is also located within several public facilities such as the Penang International Airport and second Penang Bridge.
The clubhouse comes with several amenities such as a swimming pool and gym.
