Developed by Nusmetro City Sdn Bhd, the project will be showcased at the upcoming Star Property Fair 2014.

Art is a main focus in the development, felt in every aspect of the building, from the lobby to the swimming pool.

Its lobby has an open concept art-inspired design, which brings a luxurious feel.

The project has two towers and a bridge linking it with a spectacular pool.

The signature pool is designed to have four layers which spiral over 50m in length. It will also be lit up at night, bringing the detail of its spiralling architecture to life.

Apart from the pool, another signature feature of the project is the Pods, bringing an artistic twist to the clubhouse feature.

There are two Pods – a four-storey lounge pod with jacuzzi below and an even pod which could seat up to 100 people.
