BLENDING together art and living, the Arte S project is set to be a masterpiece amidst the Bukit Gambir hills in Penang.

Developed by Nusmetro City Sdn Bhd, the project will be showcased at the upcoming Star Property Fair 2014.

A 5% discount would also be given on top of the unit prices, therefore the price starts at RM407,458.80 onwards.

Unique features add charm

Selling well: An artist’s impression of Aroma Development’s Starhill Luxury Condominium at Bukit Gambir.

NESTLED near the hills of Bukit Gambir in Penang is the Starhill Luxury Condominium and Residences project by Aroma Development Sdn Bhd.

Featuring a luxurious condominium block and 22 bungalows, the project aims to provide a comfortable and serene abode near to nature.

Launched in November last year, the Starhill luxury condominium has 506 units from 1,480sq ft to the corner unit size of 1,715sq ft.

Zeon Properties Sdn Bhd chief marketing officer (sub sale division) Stanley Chew said 50% of the condos had already been taken up.

Chew pointed out that the units were priced at RM530 per sq ft, a bargain for its prime location as other nearby projects were retailing at between RM800 per sq ft and RM1,000 per sq ft.

“This unique feature enables homeowners to conveniently access the rooftop. The well-designed area can be turned into a cosy corner with a garden for relaxing and throwing parties,” he said.

Chew said the bungalows, expected to be ready in two years, were also very affordable compared to similar property in the area.
