Condo Delima Emas project to be launched today

DEVELOPER E.W. & Associates Sdn Bhd will launch its latest project called Condo Delima Emas in Penang today.
The project, located next to Taman Seri Delima which the company had earlier developed in Juru, comprises two blocks of condominium with 198 units and an annex car park building.
The units, which will have built-up areas of 1,090 sq ft to 1,604 sq ft, are priced from RM345,000 to RM588,000.
The company said in a statement that all the units would have a minimum of three bedrooms.
“There are four types of designs to choose from to cater to the needs of different households, from practical and purposeful layouts for young working families to the more elaborate comfort living styles for middle income households.
“Taman Seri Delima is easily accessible to the first and second Penang bridge (11.5km to first bridge and 12.3km to the second bridge) and there are also public amenities such as schools, shopping malls and medical centres.”
The statement also said that Taman Seri Delima which it developed over the past 10 years had increasingly become a popular commercial and residential area.
Located in the vicinity of Auto-City, Taman Seri Delima houses eight blocks of high-rise residential buildings with a total of 1,200 units.
The growing commercial centre also consists of 112 two-storey and three-storey shop offices that cater to the needs of the residents of Taman Seri Delima and the surrounding areas.
The company expected more factories to be built in the Juru-Batu Kawan areas following the recent opening of the second Penang bridge.
“The demand for affordable homes in this vicinity is expected to increase rapidly.
“Taman Seri Delima, being one of the more established residential and commercial centres in the vicinity, is likely to see a further enhancement of its popularity as a convenient and affordable area for middle-income households.”
The launching will be held at the company’s office in G-01, Lorong Delima 1 in Taman Seri Delima at 10am today.
