Developer to highlight three prestigious residential projects in upcoming fair

GSD Land (M) Sdn Bhd, an emerging property developer with a stellar portfolio of prestigious undertakings in northern Malaysia, will showcase a trio of projects at the upcoming Star Property Fair 2014.
These include the Skycube Residence in Sungai Ara and Summerton Bayan Indah on Penang island, as well as the soon-to-be launched The Presidence in central Seberang Prai on the mainland.
The company’s managing director Phuah Cheng Peng said there would be special promotional packages on offer during the fair.
Those who register their interest for The Presidence will receive mystery gifts.
“With quality designs, GSD’s properties are highly sought after both as a home and as a promising investment potential,” he said.
He said the Skycube Residence project, which has two 30-storey luxury condominium blocks with Venti semi-detached units was poised to become one of the area’s landmarks when completed in March 2017.
“Only limited Garden units, sized between 1,873sq ft and 2,145sq ft, are still available. Prices start from RM400 psf onwards.”
Facilities include a beach-inspired swimming pool and children’s waterpark, sun deck, waterfront gymnasium, barbeque area, reflexology paths, scenic jogging trails, kids zone, lush recreation garden and playground.
Future residents would also enjoy easy connectivity, with the development located between 10 and 20 minutes away from the Penang International Airport, the two Penang bridges, the Bayan Lepas Free Trade Zone, various shopping and retail centres, as well as the inner city of George Town.
House hunters eager to move in immediately may also consider the limited bumiputra release units of Summerton, with built-up areas ranging from 1,985sq ft to 2,006sq ft.
The finished project, which recently obtained its Certificate of Completion and Compliance, comprises three elements – the 17-storey Primo Summer and Primo Heights luxury suites, as well as the Primo Avenue business park at its podium.
“Placed to perfection between the sea, sky and city, it boasts a strategic location within the vicinity of Queensbay Mall and enjoys prominent visibility,” Phuah noted.
Similarly close to both Penang bridges, the airport and FTZ, its facilities include an infinity pool with deck, Jacuzzi, wading pool, gymnasium, sauna, open plazas, taichi corner, discussion and reading areas, as well as a viewing platform.
Meanwhile, The Presidence serviced apartments, which will be built in Jalan Baru, central Seberang Prai by 2018, is conceptualised as a gateway to modern, active living.
“At 43-storey high, it will be the tallest building on the mainland, offering future residents a lifestyle above the rest,” Phuah added of the development which the company would soon unveil.
There are some 480 residential units, along with 15 shop offices at the base. It will also have the full complement of resort-style facilities and amenities.
The site is located less than a minute away from the Penang Bridge and North-South Expressway, and under five minutes to Megamal Pinang, the Prai Industrial Zone and UiTM.
Also nearby are Highway Auto-City Juru, Sunway Carnival Mall, Aeon Mall Bukit Mertajam, Seberang Jaya Hospital and the ferry terminal in Butterworth.
