TAIPEI: Eastern & Oriental Bhd embarked on its first regional launch in Taiwan for its exclusive condominium project – the 18 East at Andaman – which is being developed at Seri Tanjung Pinang (STP) on Penang island.
E&O deputy managing director Eric Chan said on Thursday Taiwan marks the strategic market in the Asia Pacific for E&O to launch 18 East at Andaman which is located within phase one of the STP.
E&O had on Thursday signed an exclusive partnership with Taiwan’s leading marketing agency – TW House – to start the regional launch for the property project in Taiwan. The company said 18 East at Andaman is a luxurious resort seafront condominium with a private 4.5 acre waterpark exclusively for residents only.
Eric Chan and TW House executive director David Chin signed the agreement where TW House will market the property to Taiwan citizens.
Chan said Seri Tanjung Pinang is a 240-acre integrated township in the best seafront location in Penang.
“This flagship mix development is complete with a marina retail mall, an arts and performance centre, landed homes and resort condominiums fronting the beautiful Andaman sea,” he said. - The Star
